Theo Walcott (hamstring) Report date: 10 May
Theo could be fit to face West Brom on Sunday. Speaking on May 10, Arsene Wenger said: “He will have a test [on his hamstring]. I don’t know yet if he will be included in the squad or not. It is possible.”

Bacary Sagna (ankle) Report Date: 10 May
Bacary will miss the European Championships this summer after fracturing his right fibula against Norwich. Speaking on May 10, Arsene Wenger said: “He will have surgery tonight. It is a straight broken fibula. We expect him to be out for a few months but let’s see how surgery goes tonight.

Per Mertesacker (ankle) Report Date: 4 May
Per suffered an ankle injury in the win over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in February. Speaking on May 3, Arsene Wenger said: “He is doing well. Considering his shape and the fact he has six weeks to go, he should be available for Germany [at Euro 2012].”

Abou Diaby (hamstring) Report Date: 5 May
Abou will miss Arsenal’s final match of the season against West Brom. Speaking on May 3, Arsene Wenger said: “He is out. He has a calf problem. He will probably be out for the two games we have left.”

Mikel Arteta (ankle) Report date: 20 April
Mikel has been ruled out of Arsenal’s remaining four matches. Speaking on April 19, Arsene Wenger said: “It is season over for him but he doesn’t need surgery, which is what we were scared of. So he will be out for six to eight weeks. It is an ankle problem but just a sprain.”

Jack Wilshere (ankle) Report date: 20 April
Jack has been ruled out of the European Championships. Speaking on April 16, Arsene Wenger said: “Jack will not play again this season and will not go to the European Championships. That is for sure. He is not ready to practice today or next week. His ankle is fine and he makes progress, but it is slow progress. We had a chat about that this week. His progress is not quick enough to go to the Euros.”

Emmanuel Frimpong (knee) Report Date: 10 February
Speaking on February 9, Arsene Wenger said: “He had surgery on Thursday night unfortunately. He had what we have seen so many times; one cruciate [goes] and then the other as well. It was a case for Pires, for Edu and now Frimpong. I believe that it is unfortunate. The fortunate situation is that we could have surgery straight away and that this threat over his head is now gone. It’s a tough time because he was doing very well at Wolves. But hopefully we can get him back in the Autumn.”
