Arsenal must pick up from where they left off when they return

The madness that swept over the world and brought everything to a standstill perhaps could not have come at a worse time for Arsenal and it is up to them to make sure they are ready to take back to the field when the Premier League gets back underway.
Mikel Arteta appears to have started to find a winning formula during his relatively short tenure as manager in north London, with the Gunners on a run of being undefeated in seven in England’s top-flight, with their last defeat coming at the backend of 2019 against fierce London rivals, Chelsea.
Taking the run of seven into account, Arsenal had managed to win their last three in a row – with victories against Newcastle United, Everton and West Ham United – and looked to start climbing the table in pursuit of a place in European competition next season.
Indeed, if Arteta’s men can replicate that form when they get back onto the field, there is a real possibility that they could still do it, although they might need a hand along the way. But, if there’s an air of confidence about their chances and for those amongst us that fancy a flutter, at online-betting.org offers punters the opportunity to find the best bets available to them with sportsbooks offering bonuses.
The Gunners still have a game in hand over most of their rivals, having to play 10 in total, although six are ‘away from home’ – should venues still remain the same. However, with that number of fixtures still left to play, there is still a degree of difficulty to the fixture list.
The likes of Liverpool, Leicester City, Manchester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers and fierce north-London rivals Tottenham Hotspur all still remain to be played with each team looking to solidify their own spots in European competition next season (or win the league in the Reds case).
At the other end, the likes of Aston Villa, Watford, Norwich City, Brighton & Hove Albion and Southampton all remain and will likely make life difficult for the Londoners when they grace the turf as they are all fighting to remain in the Premier League for the 2020/21 campaign.
However, as mentioned, Arteta has started to get his team playing well and, prior to the unprecedented and unexpected break, they had gone unbeaten and had started to find the back of the net with a little more regularity, whilst keeping the ball out of their own net a little more.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is going to be key for Arsenal if they are to have any chance of sealing a European spot and the 30-year-old is going to have to improve on the 17 goals he already has from the 26 top-flight appearances so far.
Perhaps, Arteta will need to ask Alexandre Lacazette to offer him more when in front of goal and help put away more of the chances he is provided by his team-mates, as seven goals in 20 Premier League outings could be considered a return below what many at the Emirates Stadium expect from the Frenchman.
