With January fast approaching, the transfer rumours are likely going to come in thick and fast over the course of the next few days and weeks as clubs will potentially become desperate to make additions to their squads as they look to either save or improve their seasons.

Indeed, Arsenal are one such side that will likely be in the market when January does arrive, as Mikel Arteta’s sid have fallen well short of expectations and have disappointed many that have watched them.

Whilst wins against Chelsea and Brighton and Hove Albion will have provided some hope of a rescued season, additions will need to be made. If they make those, they might just become more favourable with those using betting24, as they will be easy to back when heading into matches.

And, according to a report by The Telegraph, Real Madrid’s Isco has been identified by Arteta and Edu as a potential target this winter.

The 28-year-old is thought to be deemed surplus to requirements by Zinedine Zidane at the Santiago Bernabeu this season and it is believed Los Blancos will the Spain international leave on loan in January.

Of course, Dani Ceballos is already on loan from the Spanish giants, therefore a good word could be provided to Isco – should he need one to be convinced to join him at the Emirates Stadium.

Isco, who is 28 years old, came through the ranks at Valencia and looked to be a player that had an untold amount of potential. He won the Golden Boy award in 2012 as part of the Malaga team that surprised everyone and was quickly signed by Real Madrid.

Despite having made over 300 appearances for Los Blancos and featuring regularly for Spain as an international over the years, Isco has found himself in limbo as his career has started to stall under Zidane.

Arsenal have been linked with a number of attackers in recent weeks, although a temporary loan move might be something that suits the Gunners at this current moment in time, especially considering that they spent £45 million on Thomas Partey in the summer.

Isco’s current deal with Real Madrid is not set to end until 2022, however the Spaniard’s are said to be keen to see him in the summer. Thus, a temporary loan move might suit him, Arsenal and Los Blancos as everyone can benefit from it.

However, if Arteta and Edu are keen on bringing the 28-year-old to the Emirates Stadium, they will likely have to act quickly as there will be a number of clubs contesting the race for his signature should it become available in the next few days.
