A serious fight in the English Premier League is just beginning, but already at the start it brought a lot of unpleasant emotions for many teams. Always stable Arsenal is pretty much in a fever, and the team is obviously in the wrong place in the standings. What is the problem of the Gunners, when the club has an excellent lineup and an experienced coach?

First of all, it is worth highlighting the lack of teamwork, which Unai Emery has not been able to fix for a long time. Many players are unhappy with the specialist, including the club leaders Alexandre Lacazette, Granit Xhaka and an excellent midfielder Mezut Ozil, who gets a chance to prove themselves only on special occasions.

The injuries don’t add optimism, too — Daniel Ceballos started the season perfectly, but was injured and will not play for the team for some time. But in turn, the main defender, Hector Bellerin, who is able to add speed in attack and defence, has recovered. The expensive newcomer Nicolas Pepe did not live up to expectations. In comparison to his previous club of Lille, he is simply lost on the field and almost doesn’t help partners.

But Arsenal has always been famous for its strong character, so it will fight to the end, especially since the start of the season was not so bad, although future loss of points can aggravate the situation.

Arsenal results in the Europa League and EPL

The series of setbacks of the Gunners in the English Premier League continues, and the fans are waiting for the winning streak. All the results of your favourite club can be monitored on livescore results, where there is all the necessary information and statistics. While Arsenal was losing points, Manchester United came close to it, but Sheffield United climbed unexpectedly high.

In addition to many missed points, the Gunners missed a lot of goals, which is unacceptable for such team. Nevertheless, in the Europa League, the Londoners are feeling okay. Despite the strong enough competitors in the group, Arsenal didn’t lose even once and missed just a few goals. There are two more matches ahead in the group, but perhaps already in the next round, Unai Emery’s team will be able to get a permit to the playoffs to be able to focus on the Premier League.

The main performers of Arsenal at the moment are:

  • Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang;
  • Matteo Genduzi;
  • Sead Kolasinac.

In the winter transfer window, the management of the team plans to conduct personnel cleaning and sign several high-quality performers for problematic positions. All the achievements of the legendary club can be found on livescore yesterday, which has all the necessary information for fans of major football.
