Well, either you liked the first episode enough to convince us to come back for another, or we’re just crazy and listening to the voices in our heads. Either way, the crew at YouAreMyArsenal.com are back to bring you another podcast episode of the Avenell Roadcast.

THe last week was another week chock full of Arsenal news. The week started with the open letter to Stan Kroenke that launched a global supporter movement called We Care Do You? It was the first concerted fan effort that seemed to get the attention of the Arsenal leadership that got them to take notice. In addition to that news, speculation continued to swirl on who Arsenal will sign as the summer closes and the next season starts.

Finally, the Arsenal are away in the colonies continuing a very successful pre-season tour of the states. The matches have seen the squad get fit for the upcoming season, but it has also offered us the opportunity to speculate about young and old players alike and the possible impact they may have on Arsenal’s charge to the top 4.

We’re happy this week to discuss these and more with our guest this week. You know him as the Arsenal striker who made 228 appearances between 1988 and 1995 grabbing 46 goals along the way. I am talking of none other than Kevin Campbell (@1KevinCampbell) who can currently be found on the Highbury Squad podcast and as a pundit on various outlets.

The podcast closes as we always plan to close it with a roundtable of various writers from the website. This week Michael (@YouAreMyArsenal/@MPRadamacue) is joined by Drew Thompson (@FMLehrer), Cregy D – Craig Moniz (@craigmoniz_) and Mike Stavrou (@Mike_Stavrou)

We’d like to invite you to provide feedback on each episode and you can do so by contacting either by email – Avenell_Roadcast@youaremyarsenal.com or on Twitter at @AvenellRoadcast.

Thank you again for listening!

Founder, editor, writer, designer of YouAreMyArsenal.com. When he’s not following the Arsenal,he’s busy coaching various age groups the right way to play the beautiful game I am neurotic. Well, Arsenal tends to do that to you and due to this maddening love affair I have with this team across the sea, I rise and fall like everyday (given our current state some times more than 5 times a day.) I love this team and hope it comes through even slightly with this blog. If I am not here blogging away, I am either working or writing coaching sessions. All in all, I'm loving it. UTA!
