Arsenal legend Lee Dixon answers your questions

Next to Dennis Bergkamp, Lee Dixon is one of my favourite  players. To me he was the epitome of an Arsenal player. So you can imagine my surprise when I AM PLAYR asked if I would be interested in submitting my reader’s comments to Lee for him to answer.

It was a quick Hell yeah I think which I replied in an email. So I am very thankful for the folks at IMPLAYR at giving us this access to Lee and I am grateful that he even answered a few of our questions.

 I AM PLAYR (http://apps.facebook.com/iamplayr/) puts you in the boots of a professional player at River Park FC, allowing you to experience the life of a footballer, through the eyes of a footballer. Players have to balance both sides of the modern footballer’s life. Their challenge is to be the best they can on the pitch by training hard to develop their skills and earn the respect of their peers, whilst off the pitch building their profile and earnings by navigating the maze of endorsement deals, appearance opportunities and glamorous parties… possibly at the cost of their football playing career.

After starting with a cameo pundit role in I AM PLAYR’s talking heads show GOAL MOUTH Dixon became a huge fan of the game and subsequently signed up to bring his own on and off-pitch football experience to the fast-growing online game by advising on scripting and new storylines. Dixon is also is also investing his own money in the company behind the game, We R Interactive.
