Avenell Roadcast Podcast: Episode 4 The One About Transfers and Kickoffs

On Thursday at 17.00, the Summer Transfer window closed with Arsenal perhaps surprisingly being the most active club in the market. With days before the season kickoff the transfer window and the start of the impending season gave us plenty to talk about.

This week, we are joined in our weekly interview by Football.London’s chief football writer, James Benge (@jamesbeng). During our brief chat together We discussed all of Arsenal’s transfer business and whether or not it was all that surprising. We discussed the rumours swirling around the reported contract extensions offered to both Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang. And finally we ended with a discussion of Arsenal’s year ahead and what we could and should expect this season.

As is our normal fare we convened our weekly roundtable.
